Thinking I should start reviewing sushi places in Baltimore. I’d really like to find a place that becomes my go-to restaurant for Japanese food.
The meal started on a good note with a delicious ginger dressing for the salad. I was excited about the tonkatsu since I paid an extra $1 to get it… but was very disappointed. Didn’t even come with the sauce on the side… and it was rock hard… almost inedible. I couldn’t finish eating it. Sushi was decent for what I was paying, I suppose. I started from the right… and the fish got progressively drier. Gyoza was a little too crispy for my taste. Worth trying out the restaurant? Sure, I suppose, but save your dollar when it comes to that tonkatsu!!
