My mini tour of other Asian countries ended with a long layover in Seoul, South Korea (and a sleepless night on the airport floor wrapped up in a Hello Kitty blanket). With 23 hours to spare, I was able to leave Incheon Airport and check out a little bit of the city.
The highlight of my trip didn’t happen until right before I left Seoul, across from my departure gate: THE HELLO KITTY CAFE! I literally gasped when I saw it.
