Took this photo to remember the victims of the devastating earthquake and tsunami that hit Japan one year ago.
It’s hard to believe a year has already passed since then.
There’s really no great translation of the phrase ‘ganbatte,’ but it’s essentially a mixture of ‘stay strong,’ ‘work hard’ and ‘don’t lose hope.’
